Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered into between Catron & Company Real Estate ("Brokerage") and the individual identified below ("Associate") for demonstration purposes within this prototype.

1. Relationship. The Associate is engaged as an independent contractor. Worker classification is configured by the organization and recorded by the platform.

2. Licensing. The Associate shall maintain an active real-estate license and current errors and omissions insurance evidence on file with the Brokerage.

3. Compensation. Compensation is described in the attached Commission Structure Exhibit, which is incorporated by reference.

4. Advertising. All advertising shall follow the Brokerage Advertising and Social Media Standards then in effect.

5. Records. The Associate shall submit complete transaction files in accordance with brokerage procedures.
